Each venue rental includes full access to both the Chandelier Ballroom and Private Garden Terrace, along with professional lighting, premium sound, and support from our dedicated on-site venue team to ensure all venue logistics run seamlessly throughout your event.

Holiday Weekend Fee: +$2,000
Applies to Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s events.
Extended Usage: $500 per additional hour
Applies to time added before or after contracted hours.
Additional Guest Fee: $20 per person
Applies to guest counts over 200. Covers additional chairs, tables, cleaning, and labor.
