The Chandelier Ballroom is 10,000 sq. ft. and can be divided to
create a separate cocktail space. The Outdoor Garden (8,000
sq. ft.) is also included and can be used for ceremonies, cocktail
hour, or as a lounge area.
The Canvas does not provide a dedicated day-of planner, but
we’re happy to recommend experienced professionals who
know the space well. On the day of your event, our in-house
team (a Floor Captain and two assistants) will oversee lighting,
temperature, cleanliness, and guest/vendor comfort.
Yes, our garden accommodates up to 275 guests for ceremonies or cocktail hours.
Yes, we offer 100 complimentary parking spots for guests.
Canvas has a curated list of catering companies. Catering companies outside our preferred list must receive venue approval and will incur an additional fee.
Vendors receive two hours for set-up and take-down. Additional time can be arranged in advance.
No. Catering is selected and contracted separately through your
chosen caterer.

All floral and décor services are provided exclusively by Yanni
Design Studio, our in-house design partner.
Yes, Yanni Design Studio has a minimum investment, which
varies by date. This typically includes personal flowers,
ceremony décor, table centerpieces, ceiling installations, vinyl
dance floors, draping, and photo-op moments.
A decor minimum is available upon request through The Canvas Venue.
No, Linens are provided either through your caterer or Yanni Design
Studio.
Our inventory includes 72" / 42" / 36" round tables, glass cocktail tables, clear acrylic chairs with your choice of black or white cushions, cakes table on wheels, and 1 lounge vignette.
